The Sonesha Academy of Yoga Retreat consists of sun salutations, yoga classes, meditations, workshops, philosophy and personal development activities, and some free time to walk around, and relax.

The following is a sample day of activities from a Sonesha Conscious Living Yoga and Meditation Retreat.

  • 6.00am Surya Namaskara yoga and deep relaxation meditation
  • 8.00am Breakfast
  • 10.00am Workshop – Living Consciously
  • 12.00pm Lunch
  • 1.30pm Afternoon break – beach, nap, reading etc.
  • 3.00pm Afternoon Meditation
  • 5.30pm Yoga
  • 6.00pm Dinner
  • 7.30pm Evening program (Q&A, video, discussion)
  • 10.00pm Retire
